Turnaround time is important. After a customer places their order, how quickly can they get their product delivered? We understand that when you make a decision, you want your product delivered swiftly and on time. Our customer service and shipping departments work side by side making sure orders are processed immediately after being received, and fulfilled in an optimal time frame.
Shop items generally have a three-week turnaround. Larger custom projects may take longer, depending on their size and complexity, while many smaller shop items can be completed in two weeks or even less from the date of order placement.
Stock items are ready to be shipped. Stock orders are requested a week in advance from the date of delivery. Specialty brands of doors and stair parts generally take a few extra weeks for delivery, while our more popular items fall into the one-week turnaround time frame.
Minimal turnaround is a service WHI prides itself in. We seek to maximize the customer’s expectation in this area. Talk to your Account Executive to get your product ordered and scheduled for delivery.
Our shipping department organizes product delivery for minimal turnaround time. Preparation for truck delivery begins three days in advance.
Day one, the scheduling of the driver’s route is organized and products are arranged by destination drop off. Day two, products are loaded according to the trucks scheduled route. Finally, day three, drivers leave the warehouse destined for their appointed job sites. Trucks dispatch from the corporate warehouse five days a week.
